Kathy Heil is a transplanted Oklahoman from Oshkosh, Wisconsin; however, she has made her home in Stillwater for over 36 years. Kathy raised two children, Lisa and Chris, and both are graduates of OSU. Kathy is also a proud grandmother of four young folks!
Kathy has been in the real estate industry in numerous and various ways since 1980. Most recently, Kathy retired from Bank SNB after 27 years as a mortgage loan officer.
Not ready to call it over quite yet, Kathy and her good friend and bank colleague, Kimberly Sinclair, decided to renew their real estate license and join the firm of One Broker Place.
Both Kimberly and Kathy are anxious to put their expertise from their many years of banking to use in helping their customers with the other side of the home purchase transaction. They feel their background in financing will be a great help to their customers as they explore all options in buying a home.
